During the past decades, our Foundation has published a number of books and reports on Laogai studies and Human Rights that are meaningful helps to the research and improvement of Human Rights in China. However, due to their traditional print version and the cash-sale mothed, their distribution scope is limited. Our Foundation, therefore, has decided to make them a digital collection for anyone, who is interested in them, can free-read and free-download online. Aside from those books we have listed here, we hope authors of other books can contact us and authorize us to add their books online.
